Costs

Idaho York Rite Masons are required to pay a $35.00 registration fee if attending one or more of the events.

Registration deadline is March 31st with a $15.00 late fee for any late registrations.

Any meals ordered after March 28th are not guaranteed. Meals available are being charged at the following rates:

Registration for the Grand Sessions for 2023 is available either online or by traditional form. Payment for your registration is also available online if you register online. Please select one of the buttons below to complete your registration.

Online Registration - This section will take you through registering for attendance and choosing meals for yourself and any guests who will be attending with you. Payments will be accepted using any major credit card through a secure link with PayPal.

Accommodations

We are using the Holiday Inn & Suites Hotel in Idaho Falls this year. The room rate is single $120.00 with tax per night with hot breakfast included. To receive these rates, you may call the hotel directly and ask for the IDAHO GRAND YORK RITE rate. Make your reservations by 3/31/23. Rates are good from 4/12/23 to 4/16/23.

Companions and Sir Knights:

Companion Keith C. Brooks, Most Illustrious Grand Master of Cryptic Masons of Idaho; Companion G. Arthur Shoemaker, Most Excellent Grand High Priest of the Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Idaho; and Sir Knight Gary A. S. LaBruyere, Right Eminent Grand Commander of the Grand Commandery of Knights Templar of Idaho extend a cordial invitation to you and your lady to the Grand York Rite Sessions for 2023 to conduct the Annual Business of the Grand York Rite Bodies of Idaho and to enjoy fellowship with other Companions and Sir Knights and their ladies. The business of the Grand York Rite of Idaho will take place at the Holiday Inn & Suites Hotel, Idaho Falls, Idaho on April 13-15, 2023, except the Holy Land Pilgrimage Benefit Dinner, which will be held at the Idaho Falls Masonic Center, Idaho Falls, Idaho.

The 19^th Joint Business Session and Public Opening will be held on Friday Morning, April 14, 2023. Reception of Distinguished Guests and Visitors to our Grand Sessions will be on Friday morning at 8:15 a.m. Lunch will be at 12:00 p.m.

The 90^th Annual Assembly of the Grand Council of Cryptic Masons of Idaho will be on Friday afternoon, April 14, 2023. Most Illustrious Grand Master, Companion Ketih C. Brooks, will convene the Grand Council at 1:15 p.m. followed by the reception of distinguished members, guests and visitors to our Grand Council. Installation of the new Grand Council Officers will take place at 4:00 p.m.

The 115^th Annual Convocation of the Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Idaho will be on Saturday morning, April 15, 2023. Most Excellent Grand High Priest, Companion G. Arthur Shoemaker, will convene the Grand Chapter at 8:15 p.m. followed by the reception of distinguished members, guests and visitors to our Grand Chapter. Installation of the new Grand Chapter Officers will take place at 11:00 a.m. Lunch will be served at 12:00 p.m.

The 120^th Annual Conclave of the Grand Commandery of Knights Templar of Idaho will be on Friday afternoon, April 15, 2023, Sir Knight Gary A. S. LaBruyere, Right Eminent Grand Commander, will reconvene the Grand Commandery at 1:15 p.m. with the reception of distinguished members, guests and visitors to our Grand Commandery. Installation of the new Grand Commandery Officers will take place at 4:00 p.m.

The Divine Service and Necrology Report will be held Friday evening at 6 PM at the hotel. The Holy Land Pilgrimage Benefit Dinner will be held Friday evening at 7 PM at the Eagle Rock Lodge, Idaho Falls, Idaho. Funds generated will go directly to help send ministers from Idaho on a trip of a lifetime to the Holy Land. Appropriate dress for the Holy Land Pilgrimage Dinner is business casual. Tri-Valley York Rite College will hold its Annual Meeting at the hotel after the dinner.

The Grand York Rite Banquet will be held on Saturday Evening. A Social Hour will start at 6:00 p.m. with the Banquet at 7:00 p.m. Appropriate dress for the Banquet is coat and tie or York Rite Uniform.

On Thursday, April 13, 2023, the Order of the Knights Preceptor, Bunker Hill, Order of High Priesthood, and the Knights York Cross of Honour will be held starting at 9:00 a.m.

On Friday, April 14, 2023, the Order of the Silver Trowel will be conferred starting at 10:30 AM.

All current members of each of these bodies are encouraged to attend. All who have served their respective York Rite bodies as Excellent High Priest, Illustrious Master, or Eminent Commander are welcome to join these Petitionable Orders.

A Knight of the York Cross of Honour, (KYCH), meeting, will take place on Thursday afternoon at 3:30 p. m.

Proxy forms for the Dais Officers will be sent to the constituent Secretary/Recorder. If you are not able to attend and carry a vote, please execute the proxy in favor of someone who will be at the sessions.

All Companions and Sir Knights attending must register.

Please be sure that registrations (w/meals selected) are received by April 1, 2023.
